Group facilitation
Fostering an environment for dialogue and debate
You know who to involve, when, how, and why. However, as the leader of the process, you might not be in the best position to facilitate the workshops. The neutrality and experience of an external facilitator are sometimes preferable to ensure the horizontal nature of the discussions and to manage any tensions that might arise between participants.
As facilitators, we create favorable conditions for constructive dialogue among participants. However, we are not intended to advocate for a particular idea or expertise.
In practice, we use various facilitation techniques and tools to ensure that everyone can express themselves, promote mutual understanding, enhance creativity, and ease tensions.
In line with our commitment to ensuring a successful process, we systematically evaluate our interventions.
